This White Bean Hummus recipe without Tahini is very versatile, simple, and delicious. You can adapt this recipe to use any white bean available to you. Perfect with Sourdough Everything Crackers
Ingredients to make white been hummus without tahini
2 cups of drained white beans (Cream peas are my favorite but use what is available to you)
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of lemon juice or juice from 1-2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor/blender or use a stick blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Put hummus in a bowl, then I like to drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the top.
